At Òr Skye, we want you to be completely enamored with your home additions; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
